How long is the guarantee on the ps3 slim 250GB from amazon ?
My Ps3 has broken down, keeps freezing, cant do anything at all with it !, i purchased it on the 8th of december. is it still guarantee ?
the warranty from any shop is valid with Sony for 12 months after purchase, so if it’s 8th December and you have a receipt to show its brand new from 8th December then you’re in warranty.
0844 736 0595 is the number for Sony, if you give them a call and explain your problem they will probably replace your Sony PS3 with a brand new one, or fix the one you have (usually they will collect it from your house and return a new one within a week, though they will be closed today as its Sunday)
before you call you should make sure you have your PS3 serial number available which is on the sticker on the bottom of your PS3, or on the Box for the PS3
